The Maryland Institute of Language and Technology, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity created to assist first responders, caregivers, returning citizens, veterans, military members and their families overcome the crippling effects of poverty through education, training, and development initiatives.

Our team designs a two week program targeting low income participants from backgrounds underrepresented in medicine, education, law, public policy, science, technology, engineering, math, dentistry, and architecture who desire to pursue a career in one of these professions. This program assists participants prepare for life after poverty

We partner with a variety of organizations and businesses in our community to provide comprehensive training in managing and stocking a food pantry, out-of-school-time programs, and career building courses.
